TC Window Glass Putty is a paste material, generally made of gypsum powder, talcum powder, chalk or precipitated calcium carbonate with a small amount of cooked oil (such as cooked tung oil, cooked linseed oil, and other natural thousand oils). Its main properties are adhesion to the object, mechanical strength and aging resistance. Its consistency should be easy to operate with a scraper, dry, solid.

Putty should have good plasticity, twist into thin strips constantly, adhesion, not a sticky scraper or planer blade, embedded in the smear does not break, not pockmarked so that the glass and window groove connected tightly and do not fall off, for steel doors and windows glass putty should also have rust resistance. Putty at room temperature should be hardened within 20 days and nights. Commodity putty should be sampled and tested, the quality of qualified before use!



TC Glass Putty Instructions for Use:

1. First, drop the putty on a hard object repeatedly to rub it.

2. Roll the putty into suitable thick and thin strips.

3. Press the putty strips onto the glass as evenly as possible.

4. Calendering the putty

Notes:

Window Glass Putty drys quite slowly! Scrape flat and wait for the natural drying on it!
Need patience! The bottom floor about 3 months to tighten, high building 1-2 months to tighten (because the building at high positation with stronger wind and help to dry faster])
