Product Description
Rebar adhesive is an injectable type of rebar adhesive, suitable for reinforcing and strengthening concrete, rock, brick walls and other substrates. This product does not contain styrene and features acid and alkali resistance, good aging resistance, excellent heat resistance and superior seismic performance. It can be installed with small edge distances and small spacings, and is convenient, fast, safe and environmentally friendly to operate. When using it, drill holes first, then remove the powder in the concrete, inject the adhesive from the bottom of the hole, and finally insert the rebar or bolt into the hole. After curing, it is ready for use.
Rebar anchoring adhesive is a type of adhesive suitable for embedding rebar and bolts in various building structures, reinforcing and strengthening building structures, planting rebar in building structure frames and shear walls, and fixing various equipment foundations. It is also applicable to the reinforcement of railway, highway, bridge and water conservancy expansion and renovation projects. It features high bonding strength, similar to pre-embedding, room temperature curing, small shrinkage during hardening, good temperature resistance, weldable after embedding rebar, excellent durability and weather resistance, good resistance to aging and media (acid, alkali, water), and outstanding toughness and impact resistance after curing.

Instructions
1. Drilling: Drill holes at the corresponding positions in the base material (such as concrete) according to the engineering design requirements. The hole diameter, hole depth and steel bar diameter should be determined by professional technicians or on-site tests.
2. Hole cleaning: Before implanting the steel bar, you need to brush the hole with a brush first, and then blow the dust out of the hole with an air compressor or air cylinder. Repeat the brushing and blowing for no less than 3 times. There should be no dust and clear water in the hole.
3. Steel bar treatment: Derust the steel bar surface and wipe it clean with acetone or alcohol.
4. Glue injection: Mix components A and B in a certain proportion until they are completely uniform and inject them into the drilled hole. When injecting glue, pay attention to exhausting the air in the hole and injecting glue fully.
5. Quality inspection: The implanted steel bars in important parts need to be subjected to on-site pull-out tests to check whether their anchoring force meets the design requirements. Only after passing the test can the next process be carried out.
Precautions
1. Storage conditions Rebar-embedded adhesive should be stored in a sealed container in a dry, clean warehouse at an ambient temperature of 0-40°C. The storage period is generally no more than 12 months.
2. Curing time and maintenance It can be completely cured in one day at room temperature. It can be cured in a negative temperature and humid environment, and the curing time is slightly longer. After the rebar-embedded construction in the hot summer, it is best to cover it with paper or plastic film to prevent water loss on the surface.
3. Safety protection Wear protective gloves before using the product. If it accidentally sticks to the skin, use acetone or alcohol to clean it. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
