Cuplock scaffolding is a mature system. It mainly composes of standard, ledger, brace, plank and so on.
Cuplock node is revolutionary, so makes it faster and easier erection than any other scaffolding. It uses the "Cup" and "Blade" to lock the vertical and horizontal together by rotating the top cup.
Cuplock scaffold materials mainly Q355 pipe, thickness is 3.2mm, while the surface treatment is hot dip galvanized, which is more safe, durable and reliable. But also some market use painted and powder coated.

Cuplock verticals use diameter 48.3mm, thickness 3.2mm pipe. Usually have two types spigot, moving and unmoved. Sizes are from 500mm to 3000mm, intervals space is 500mm.
On the standard each top cup has a limited position pin. This small part determines whether the ledger can be locked tightly. It must be at right place, not too up or too down.
Cuplock ledger also use diameter 48.3mm, thickness 3.2mm pipe. size have 900mm, 1200m, 1800mmm and 3000mm. Ledger blade must be fixed well with cup, so the standard and ledger can be fixed stable.
Cuplock diagonal brace use diameter 48.3mm, thickness 2.5mm pipe. Size depends on the ledger and vertical. Brace connecting way has blade and coupler two types.
